Recent rumors suggest that Nokia is not happy at all design of HTC Windows Phone 8
Nokia could pousuive HTC Justice on "similarities" between the design of the Lumia 820 and that of 8X.
According Tablet PC, a reliable source said that Nokia think HTC 8X is too similar to the Lumia 820.
One of the most obvious similarities is the choice of bright colors, although of course nobody can own patent for a color ...
We believe the problem (if there really is one) would be more about form and color. Both products have a distinctly rectangular shape with slightly rounded edges (note that this design is also new in Nokia). Anyway, there are still many differences between the two smartphones.
If these rumors are true, this is the first time that both partners Microsoft / Windows Phone will compete on the design of mobile. But to be honest, we'd be really surprised that this story has a sequel. Microsoft certainly decide to act as a mediator before things go too far.
Both manufacturers are also trying desperately to boost sales of their Windows devices. A legal battle really would not welcome
